Do you provide the hair for wig making?
- Yes, we provide the hair, our wigs come ready to wear.

Can I provide my own hair to make a wig?
- Yes, you can provide your own hair. We charge £65 to construct a closure wig and £80 to construct a frontal wig. Wig construction includes bleaching the knots, customising and styling. Dying, hightlights, cuts etc at additional costs.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
- We do not offer full refunds or exchanges. For hygiene reasons, due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, in the rare instance that you are not satisfied with your unit, we can offer partial refunds and rectifications.

How long will it take for my wig to be ready after payment is made?
- After payment is made turnaround time is anywhere between 1-4 weeks depending on style and
availability.

What is the difference between Raw and Virgin hair?
- Please see hair descriptions on our Instagram page and highlights.

What does glueless mean?
- Glueless means our wigs can be worn without glue or adhesive. Our units come ready to wear and do not require installing.

Can I provide my own hair for colouring?
- Yes, you can provide your own hair for colouring (preferably RAW HAIR). If the hair you provide is not raw hair, we cannot guarantee the desired results will be achieved and we may also decline your request if we feel the hair is not up to standard. Please contact us for more information regarding colouring.

Do I have to measure my head?
- Our bespoke wigs are made in 3 different sizes: S,M,L
Your size depends on your head circumference. Please contact us if you are not sure how to measure your head or use our size chart as a guide. 

Do you ship worldwide?
- Yes we ship worldwide with trusted couriers DHL and Fedex.
